The opposite is true, Filipinos are the friendliest people in the world.

The problems with some rebels are in the most southern part of the Philippines (see marked area on land map).

The Filipino army, with support of American military advisers is dealing vigorously with this problem now. Where the problems are is more than thousand kilometers away.
