In the morning we leave from Angeles
City, through the Lahar fields created by the Mount
Pinatubo volcanic eruption, over the for the biggest
part, under the lahar (ashes, stones and
lava) disappeared city Porac, to Olongapo. Our hotel
is located in Barrio Barreto, directly on Baloy Beach.
After we arrive in the hotel we spend the afternoon
on Baloy beach and also have our dinner in the restaurant
on the beach.
 
After breakfast we go to Subic
Bay. Subic Bay was the biggest American Naval Base
outside the United States. Now it is an Economic and
Duty Free Zone with a commercial harbour and airport.
We visit the rainforest
and a Jungle Survivors Camp. In the past the American
pilots received their training here how to survive
in the jungle. They will give us a demonstration of
those survival techniques. We also visit an exotic
butterfly garden. They will prepare a jungle lunch
for us. The rice is cooked in bamboo and taste delicious.
We visit a colony
of "Flying Dogs" giant bats. It is fascinating
to see these giants bats hanging in the trees and
flying around. Their wing span can reach over two
meters. In the afternoon we visit a monkey colony.
The monkeys become curious and look for food out of
the jungle. In the evening we have our dinner in Olongapo.
In a nice atmosphere we can watch and hear some top
bands of the Philippines.
From Barrio Barretto
we drive back to Angeles City with on the way visit
the amazing Ocean Adventure Park or Zoobic Safari
Park. For the more adventure ones possibility to experience
the Treetop Adventure.

and see a church half burried under the lahar,
visit the Jungle Survival camp with Butterfly
Garden, etc. In the late afternoon we have dinner
at Baloy Beach. |

beach Resort with possibility all kind of watersports.
Dinner on the beach with life bands. |

Choice to visit the amazing
Ocean Adventure Park or Zoobic Safari Park. Encounter
with the giant bats and monkey colonyin the rainforest
of Subic Bay. Back to Angeles City or the starting
point of the next travel module. |
